Good afternoon! I hope this email finds you staying cool and doing well! I continue to agree with all of you that we will see no impact during this storm season.
I wanted to make you aware of a few pieces of information that I think will be beneficial to you. The first is an opportunity to purchase a Logos Bible Software package at a significantly discounted rate. I have attached a link to this email.
I also am excited to announce that Louisiana will be hosting the General Treasurer’s Conference at our own Twin Lakes Campground in Woodworth. This Lead One Day event will be on Thursday, October 2 and will last from 8:30-3:30. The cost for this event is $25.00. Lunch is included. I think all Lead Pastors, Associate Pastors, Church Treasurers, and financial administrators and bookkeepers will benefit from this day hosted by Rick Ross, our General Council Treasurer. I’ve attached a tentative schedule so you can see the topics that will be discussed and a registration link for you to register your team.
On May 22 of this year, we hosted a Lead One Day with Pastor Rob Ketterling taking us through the Generosity Accelerator process. This one-day, in-person event will inspire you and provide a proven strategy for discipling your church in generosity. Breakfast and lunch are included. Walk away with tools, vision, and practical next steps!
This day was so helpful that we decided to partner with our friends in Mississippi to do it again! The Generosity Accelerator will be held in Jackson, MS on Thursday, October 30.
